Today, Lotus Cancer Initiative Inc. joined the fundraiser hosted by the John Brusch Memorial Charity Fund. While we may have missed the Wild Wild West theme, we certainly showed up for a cause that matters!
We used the opportunity to speak about the importance of cancer screening, offer eligible women mammograms through our October Free Mammograms Initiative, and distribute Ministry of Health vouchers for HPV testing and adult health screening.
We believe that tackling cancer requires collaboration, commitment, and a willingness to meet people where they are. Every event, every conversation, and every opportunity to reach someone can make a difference.
Cancer prevention cannot be limited to one day, one month, or one event. We must take every opportunity to educate, screen, and connect people to the care they need.
Together, we can make a difference.
