This evening, Dr. Shivani Samlall delivered an important presentation on cervical cancer prevention and early detection to members of the Rotary Club of Stabroek.

The discussion highlighted the life-saving impact of HPV vaccination, regular screening, and timely treatment, and emphasized how community awareness, partnerships and collaborations play a critical role in reducing cervical cancer in Guyana.

The Lotus Cancer Initiative is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with organizations like the Rotary Club of Stabroek as we continue working together to protect the health of women and families across our country.
